Strong and lightweight 2mm reflective guy line with UHMWPE core, sold by the meter.
If your tent has additional guy out points, or you want to replace old worn lines, this exceptionally strong, lightweight guy line is the ideal solution. The guy line has a polyester jacket with UHMWPE Core and has been interwoven with reflective detail, so you can easily identify guylines when fumbling around in the dark with just your head torch for light.
UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is the generic name for products like Dyneema. It's incredibly strong - up to 15 times stronger than steel by weight, highly UV and abrasion resistant and hydrophobic (it will not absorb water).
When used in the core of our guyline it adds amazing strength allowing use of a lighter guyline without sacrificing performance.
